We’re recruiting on behalf of a highly respected boutique construction law firm with a strong 30+ year track record. With a team of around 20 dedicated professionals, they offer a rare blend of premium clients, complex front-end and disputes work, and a genuinely supportive, tight-knit team culture.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a lawyer with experience in front-end construction law (and ideally disputes) who wants high-quality work without the red tape of a large firm.

💼 About the role:
You’ll work directly with industry-recognised Partners and a close-knit team across a broad range of front-end and contentious construction matters. This includes drafting and negotiating contracts, advising on project delivery, as well as representing clients in disputes when they arise.

✅ What we’re looking for:

4+ years of post-admission experience in construction law (front-end essential; litigation/disputes ideal).

Strong drafting skills and commercial acumen.

A genuine interest in construction and infrastructure.

Someone who enjoys working closely with clients and being part of a collaborative, professional team.
