About your new employer:

About the role:

• Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts and related legal documentation
• Delivering strategic legal advice on contractual matters and potential disputes
• Providing project consulting, including guidance on claims and dispute resolution processes (litigation/arbitration handled by other team members)
• 2-3 in office or fully remote for suitable candidates living interstate

The ideal candidate:

• Prior construction law experience required.
• Minimum 5+ PQE required
• Education: Relevant Australian Legal Qualification/Admission.
