About the role:

• Exciting opportunity for Construction Lawyers (2+ PQE) to join a high-performing construction team in either front-end or back-end matters.
• Construction Litigation: work on Victorian and interstate jurisdictions in (for example) the infrastructure and construction space, including transport projects (road, rail and air), power (both renewable and non-renewable), mining infrastructure, commercial and residential buildings, mixed-use developments, desalination, hospitals and correctional facilities.
• Projects & Infrastructure (Transactional): early stage advisory work in structuring major projects and drafting and negotiating the documents for major infrastructure projects and general construction matters.

The ideal candidate:

• Associate or Senior Associate 2+ PQE with experience in either construction litigation or transactional projects and infrastructure from a recognised law firm.
• Australian Legal Qualification & Admission.
• Has a commercial approach, excellent drafting skills, and the ability to work well under pressure within a collegiate team.
