Sirius Technology is working with an Australian retail group to find a talented Senior Salesforce Administrator for their dynamic digital team.As the Senior Salesforce Administrator, you will lead the ongoing development of the Salesforce platform across the organisation. Collaborating closely with technical partners, retail marketing, and dealership teams, you will drive enhancements and optimise platform usage to support business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Salesforce enhancement projects from inception to delivery.
• Gather business requirements and design scalable, best-practice solutions.
• Provide training and development to Salesforce users.
• Manage a Salesforce Developer.
• Ensure governance, security, and compliance across the platform.
• Liaise effectively with stakeholders at all organisational levels.
• Manage and prioritise tasks for internal and external resources.
• Manage the relationship with the Salesforce Partner.

Skills

• Salesforce Certified Administrator qualification.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience with Sales Cloud administration.
• Experience with Experience Cloud, Mulesoft integration, and Marketing Cloud is desirable.
• Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage teams and projects.
• Ability to design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions.
