About the Role

The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for ongoing “care” of the Salesforce CRM suite of products (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Communities) including all third-party software integrations – user support, ongoing configuration and platform growth by supporting the team of Salesforce specialists. The Salesforce platform is an integral system that manages all student interaction from lead capture through to day-to-day support and alumni management.

This position requires a hands-on technically adept person with an attitude to “roll their sleeves up”, with a keen interest in providing support and training of day-to-day issues and questions raised by end users.

Key Responsibilities

Handle Salesforce administrative functions, including user account and profile management, object data security, and visibility.

Build reports, dashboards, workflows, and perform other day-to-day system administration tasks.

Actively participate in scrum teams to continuously improve and enhance Salesforce capabilities.

Manage day-to-day platform administration and handle internal customer support incidents.

Provide training to end users and document changes made to the environment.

Assist with process automation and improvement across all business areas to ensure consistency and efficiency.

Support the ongoing development of the Salesforce instance, liaising with third-party developers and testing new features.

About you

Degree qualified with Salesforce Certification desired.

Minimum 3 years of Salesforce Administrative experience.

Deep technical knowledge in Salesforce Clouds (Sales & Service Cloud, Experience).

High level of experience with Automation Workflows, Visual Flows, and Process Builder.

Familiarity with both Classic & Lightning environments and experience with Confluence, Jira, and Scrum/Agile methodologies.

Ability to build and deploy custom objects, formula fields, triggers, custom views, reports, dashboards, and other features through CI/CD pipeline.

Excellent customer service skills, strong initiative, and problem-solving abilities.
