Based in Southport, you’ll step into a full-time role where you’ll work with warm, pre-qualified inbound leads, no chasing, no cold calling, just real conversations that lead to real outcomes.

You’ll guide clients through a proven investment sales process, helping them take confident steps towards financial freedom. In this role, you’ll:
- Manage inbound leads—no cold calling required
- Guide potential clients through a consultative, step-by-step sales process
- Educate individuals about the company’s unique investment model
- Ensure all applicants meet investment suitability criteria
- Build trust and rapport quickly to support conversion
- Close 10+ new clients per month
- Maintain accurate CRM records and strong follow-up processes
- Participate in ongoing training and team collaboration
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in consultative or high-performance sales
- Confidence, authenticity, and excellent communication skills
- A results-driven mindset with consistent follow-through
- Background in property, finance, or mortgage broking (ideal but not essential)
- A team player who thrives in fast-paced environments
- High attention to detail with strong CRM management skills
- A genuine passion for helping clients build long-term wealth
What you’ll get in return:
- $65K base + super + uncapped commissions
- $150K+ OTE achievable in your first year
- First commissions paid from month 1
- Monday to Thursday: 8am–4:45pm | Friday: 8am–1pm
- 4 weeks annual leave, including Christmas/New Year shutdown
- Structured onboarding and continuous training
