About the Role:

As a Junior Site Liaison, you will play a key support role in our operations, ensuring smooth communication between sites and management. Your main responsibility will be to visit active job sites, assess progress or issues, and report findings back to our internal teams. You will assist in troubleshooting on-site concerns and help ensure jobs stay on track and to the high standards our clients expect.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit and monitor various flooring installation sites for our New Homes Division.

Report progress, issues, or concerns back to relevant departments.

Liaise with installers and site supervisors to resolve minor issues on the spot.

Document and photograph site conditions as needed.

Ensure compliance with basic site safety protocols.

Assist with coordinating schedules or follow-up visits as required.

Requirements:

White Card (Construction Induction Card) – Essential

Valid Driver’s Licence – Essential

Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently

Good attention to detail and a proactive attitude

Basic knowledge of flooring or construction industries (preferred but not essential)
