Organisation:
Working as part of a community focused organisation, this busy payroll team supports a fortnightly payroll of up to 1200 staff across various entities under this umbrella/parent organisation. The team works alongside their broader HR function however they are looking for a person who specialises in payroll and wants to continue and grow in the payroll function, allowing them to grow and enhance their payroll offerings.

The Role:
Busy role, processing fortnightly payroll for a wide range of stakeholders using Employment Hero/EC and then KeyPay for processing. This role will manage leave entitlements, superannuation payments and resolve queries with stakeholders, with a customer centric focus. This team allows working from home flexibility, after you have been with the organisation for 12 months.
Salary is currently $88K plus super, with potentially some flexibility to go slightly higher for candidates with extensive private sector payroll experience.
This is a permanent position, and they are looking for someone who wants to join this team, collaborate and contribute to payroll processing as well as find ways to improve their payroll services and streamline their processing function.

The Person
Ideally this person will have:

• a minimum of 1-2 years payroll processing experience
• some qualifications or professional development in payroll management
• excellent attention to detail and a curious mindset
• ability to think outside the box and create solutions/ideas when identifying an area of concern and to improve payroll processing efficiency
• experience with KeyPay, Employment Hero or similar systems would be ideal

Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency preferred.
