The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Officer to join a business making a genuine difference with recent private equity investment in a high-growth industry. This role will report directly into the Financial Controller, and sit within a high-performing Finance Team.

This role combines accounts receivable, some management reporting, bank reconciliations and expense management. Ideally you will have a minimum of 3 years Accounts Receivable experience and display initiative, prioritisation and good time management skills.

The Challenge

Reporting into the Finance Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

• Prepare, post, and reconcile sales invoices across various entities.
• Process direct debit invoices, payments and assist with payroll uploads.
• Assist customers and suppliers with account-related queries.
• Monitor aged debt, reconcile accounts, and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Liaise with external debt collection agencies for overdue accounts.
• Perform daily bank reconciliations, cash postings, and fund transfers.
• Manage corporate credit card administration and expense reconciliation.

The Expertise

Please consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following:

• 3+ years’ relevant experience, coming from accounts receivable, credit and/or billings.
• Prior experience in healthcare or a similar industry is preferable.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills demonstrated through building and developing productive and collaborative working relationships
• Exposure to Microsoft Navision/ Dynamics 365 or Salesforce is preferable
• Desire to contribute to a friendly & collaborative team environment.
