About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our construction projects in Australia. As a Project Manager (Onsite), you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our renewable energy projects, working closely with our construction teams to coordinate all on-site activities. This is a casual role, providing the flexibility to balance your work and personal commitments.

What you'll be doing

Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of projects

Coordinate and oversee all on-site construction activities, including the supervision of subcontractors and tradespeople

Identify and mitigate potential risks, and implement appropriate risk management strategies

Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with all relevant standards and regulations

Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to senior management

Lead and motivate the construction team, fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably in the renewable energy sector

Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment, with the ability to interpret and apply relevant building codes and regulations

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities

Proficient in project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera, to develop and manage project plans and schedules

Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and find practical solutions to complex challenges

A valid driver's licence and the ability to travel to project sites as required
