The Role

This is a mid-senior level role for a solicitor with experience in either property law or wills and estates—or ideally both. You’ll manage your own files, assist clients directly, and be part of a small, collaborative team.

The role suits someone who is confident working independently and comfortable handling a steady and varied workload. It involves a mix of in-office and remote work, split across the Caboolture and Brisbane CBD locations.

Key responsibilities:

• Running matters in conveyancing and/or wills, estates, and probate
• Drafting relevant legal documentation (contracts, wills, POAs, loan documents)
• Advising clients and responding to legal queries
• Supporting junior staff and contributing to team meetings
• Maintaining referrer relationships and contributing to business stability

About You

You’re an experienced solicitor who takes a practical, steady approach to your work. Whether your background is in property or estate planning, you’re confident managing files from start to finish and communicating clearly with clients and stakeholders. You’re seeking a workplace that’s flexible, consistent, and genuinely supportive.

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years’ PAE or equivalent conveyancing/estate planning experience
• Strong capability in either property law or wills and estates (or both)
• Able to draft key legal documents and provide clear, practical advice
• Familiarity with LEAP and Microsoft Office is ideal
• Well-organised, approachable, and self-sufficient
