You’ll represent a positive working relationship with your colleagues at all times and have a strong work ethic and sense of urgency to complete tasks in a timely manner.

You’ll be a good communicator and have a commitment to high quality work and efficient staff.

Prepare daily work assignments based on the reports from reservations system.

Investigate and resolve complaints pertaining to housekeeping departments.

Be willing to perform any reasonable task within the general parameters of this role as directed by your Housekeeping Supervisor

Experience as a housekeeper within a hotel environment

Team orientated but also able to work autonomously.

Excellent time management skills

Excellent and professional communication skills
