About the role

This is a casual Housekeeper position within the Lesday Hotel Group, based in Botany, NSW 2019. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our guests by maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our hotel rooms and public areas.

What you'll be doing

Thoroughly clean and prepare guest rooms, including making beds, restocking amenities, and ensuring all surfaces are spotless

Clean and maintain public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and function spaces to the highest standards

Identify and report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate team members

Assist with additional housekeeping tasks as required, such as laundry and restocking supplies

Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing any concerns or requests promptly and courteously

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently to tight deadlines

Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanour

Physical fitness and the ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods

Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
