Receptionist Position Available:

An exciting opportunity is available to join our successful, busy 7 practitioner dental practice. We have the following position available:

Full-time Receptionist Position

Full-time works a 76hr fortnight with an RDO (9 day fortnight). All candidates have the flexibility of working 1-2 Saturday mornings a month 8am-12pm. Possibility of Full-time (9-5) for the right candidate.

What you need for this role:

Must be driven, enthusiastic and eager to work

A high level of initiative and motivation

Looking for experienced and inexperienced applicants with full training provided for new persons to the industry

Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of infection control

Flexibility to adapt to the dynamic needs of the practice

Duties will include (but not limited to):

Dealing with high volume of incoming/outgoing calls

Billing out patients using HICAPS + EFTPOS + Cash Handling

Using Oasis software

Banking duties
