Key responsibilities:

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for business development, account management and rate negotiations.

Responsibilities include:

• New business development
• Achieving sales KPI’s
• Building strong business relationships
• Registering and maintaining new business
• Providing excellent customer service to clients
• Negotiating customer contracts

Skills and experience:

• Retail sales experience in freight forwarding is essential
• New business development experience
• A passion for customer service
• Account management and operations experience
• High level communication skills – verbal and written
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
• High level attention to detail

• Salary $150,000 + Super + Car Allowance plus Commission
