Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Officer with a focus on recruitment to join our team in the health industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our organisation's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, etc.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and facilitate feedback sessions
• Extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or HR role
• Certification in HR or recruitment preferred
• Knowledge of employment laws regulations

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office suite
