We are currently seeking enthusiastic and a results driven Inbound Sales, to join our friendly team in Northmead, NSW.

The Role:

Reporting to the NSW Regional Manager the key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Customer Engagement & Relationship Building

Greet and engage customers to understand their requirements.

Provide tailored product recommendations.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.

As part of a team, answer all incoming calls in a prompt, friendly and efficient manner.

Receive and process customer orders via telephone.

Serve walk-in customers with a friendly and professional approach

Collaboration: Collaborating with Internal and External stakeholders

Upselling: Offer Bundled Products or Services and up-sell when appropriate.

Quote Follow up: Prepare detailed quotes for customers and follow up on them as required. Achieve sales targets

Varying administrative duties as required

Recommend process improvement plans and optimize sales.

Complete additional tasks as assigned to support the work of the department.

To be successful in this role you will possess the following:

A passion for delivering exceptional customer experience and sales, predominantly via telephone and email.

High level administrative and organizational skill with a proven ability to multi-task and prioritize and a team player.

A bright, positive, and willing nature with a 'can-do' attitude.

Strong attention to detail.

Ability to navigate around web-based e-commerce platforms.

Previous experience in a similar role.
