About the role

As a Finance Administrator at Top Nosh Meals, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the business's financial and administrative records as well as being part of the day to day operations of the business, including paying wages and having direct customer interaction.

This full-time position is located in Beerwah, QLD 4519, offering an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and growing organisation.

What you'll be doing

Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents in a timely and accurate manner

Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions

Working with customers directly over the phone and in person.

Prepare weekly wages and superannuation payments

Adhere to all relevant financial policies, procedures, and HCP compliance requirements

Assisting in the working out of delivery routes

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records

A healthy knowledge of the local area goegraphically.

Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders

Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Adaptable and willing to learn new processes and systems

Relevant qualifications in Accounting or Finance would be highly regarded
