FINANCE & PROJECT COSTING OFFICER - BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION TRAINEESHIP
Protech are seeking applicants who are interested in working within the Finance and Project Costings department of a large government organisation.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Work will be based Rockhampton
  • You will gain a Certificate III in Business Administration over 12 months
  • Full time position Monday - Friday with a minimum of 36.25 hours per week
  • Excellent (above award) pay rates depending on age and experience
  • Overtime & leave entitlements provided

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

In this position you will offer administrative and financial support to the project costings team within TMR, which is a fantastic opportunity to advance your career in a well organised and reputable organisation.
Duties will include:

  • General administration tasks within the finance support team
  • Financial reconciliations
  • Data management and record keeping
  • Accounts payable
  • Payroll tasks

TICKETS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • A strong desire for a career in financial and project support
  • Excellent computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office at a minimum
  • Some mathemtical skills
  • Be able to work in a team and be self-motivated
  • Car Licence and a reliable vehicle
  • Construction White Card (in case there is a need to attend sites)
  • Previous exeperience in adminsitration or custormer service would be adventagous
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and urine drug screen
  • Provide 2 recent, contactable work references
