Position Overview

Working on the companies range of mobile construction and earthmoving equipment.

Fault diagnosis utilizing onboard diagnostic systems and working with electrically-controlled hydraulic-systems.

Servicing, preventative maintenance and repairs to diesel-powered heavy-duty equipment.

Changing-out parts and components.

Working with diesel engines, transmissions, final drives, hydraulic and electrical systems.

Working with specialized construction equipment.

Candidate Requirements

Cert III Plant Mechanic, Diesel Mechanic/Fitter or similar.

Sound knowledge and experience working on mobile plant or similar diesel-powered equipment. Truck-mounted equipment, GSE, EWP, AG or other specialised experience highly regarded.

An honest worker with good work ethic.

Mechanically minded, a passion for machinery with interest in learning new equipment, systems and technical skills.

Drivers license, HR highly regarded.

Someone who works well in a small team and also autonomously.

On offer is an excellent employment opportunity to step into a quality workshop service position with a quality company that will develop you and look after you in the long term. Also on offer is a starting rate of $60-$65 per hour plus over-time at penalty rates, super and training.
