About the role
The IT Systems Coordinator is responsible for the development and implementation of FSA’s Information, Communication & Technology (ICT) technical support and day to day operations including application, infrastructure, procurement, networks, security and service delivery. The role will also be responsible for the performance management of the FSA Managed Services Agreement and external ICT providers.
In a supportive and personalised manner, the IT Systems Coordinator is accountable to aid FSA’s top priority ICT operational needs, including continuous improvement assistance to leadership and their frontline support workers to achieve the company’s charitable objects.

A Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in Information Technology (IT) / Information Systems (IS)
Significant experience with Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft 365 and Azure configuration, installation, maintenance, support and troubleshooting in a controlled standard operating environment
Significant experience in network switch and router configuration, WAN maintenance, management and support
Experience in providing technical advice, support and assistance to staff and management on a range of ICT functions
Demonstrated experience in defining, procuring and delivering effective applications
Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated experience in managing competing priorities and to deliver high quality outcomes within agreed timeframes
Supportive of a values-based culture, operating environment and workplace diversity
Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the philosophy of Family Support Services especially strengths-based approaches to working with families within a trauma informed framework
Excellent prioritisation, time and project management ability with a strong psychological resilience capacity and calmness when operating in dynamic care environments
Ability to promote a multi-disciplined services environment with high Standards of Care, Quality Assurance and Risk Management, driving ICT innovation; and
Working with Children Check compliance, AFP clearance and a current unrestricted driver's license.
