About the role:

WillPlay is currently experiencing high levels of growth and are looking to expand our projects and installation team. There are varied roles available that will include leading and or working on our construction projects on various sites around SEQ and interstate as required. These roles will be integral in delivering client projects in a safe and professional manner.

Whether you are an experienced supervisor or labourer, we are keen to hear from people who can make these roles their own and step into this dynamic industry.

About you:

You will be competent in hard and soft landscape construction or building construction with experience in similar roles. The following qualities are preferred:

Previous playground installation ideal, but not essential.

Experience in carpentry, landscaping or fencing (colourbond or timber) essential

Setting levels with a laser level

Concreting experience preferrable

Machine operation experience preferred, but not essential (excavator, kanga, tipper etc)

Understanding OHS and environmental requirements.

Demonstrated experience in project site establishment, reading work and site plans and mark-out of equipment.

Ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

Able to understand and adhere to ISO management systems and the relevant Australian standards.

Ability to work both autonomously and with a team

Ability to manage multiple projects, current and future.

Proactive work organisation, managing sub contractors and material ordering etc
