As a Dental Assistant, your role is pivotal in delivering a positive patient experience.

This role is for an immediate start working three to four days per week. Remuneration will be paid relative to the skills and experience that you will bring to this role.

In this busy role, our dentists will be relying on you so that they can focus on treating their patients knowing that you have everything under control. We need a special person who knows they would be prepared for the task.

You are an experienced dental assistant in Australia.

You enjoy keeping busy and challenging yourself. You’re not looking for a walk in the park because you’re thrilled by being your best.

You take pride in making sure everything is organised ahead of time.

You have hawk-eyed attention to detail and you love knowing that the team relies on you.

You are well-versed in proper infection control.

You have some experience in lab-work.

You have a great ability to prioritise different tasks and manage your time effectively.

You use feedback to grow as an individual.

You get along with different types of people and enjoy building relationships with others on the team. You love supporting your fellow team members and encouraging them to be their best too.

When you see a problem, you prefer to communicate openly and respectfully with your peers.

This role involves more than just chairside assisting. Your responsibilities will include:

Sterilisation

In house laboratory work including retainers, bleaching trays and occlusal splint. Experience in 3D printing is desirable.

Coordination with dental laboratories.

Banking reconciliation

Email communication

Ensure effective communication between the reception and surgical teams

Stock management to assist with ordering materials

This is a small, successful group of dental practices located in Mascot and Pagewood, with loyal clients and hardworking owners.
