We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist to join our compassionate team in a permanent, full-time position. In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing our brand presence, effectively communicating our mission, and engaging with our community to promote our services.
Key Responsibilities:
·Developing and implementing strategic marketing and advertising campaigns aligned with organisational goals and growth objectives.
·Advising on targeted advertising strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage key demographics, and communicate the unique value of services or products.
·Managing end-to-end campaign execution, including oversight of creative development, media buying, copywriting, scripting, and production—ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.
·Conducting in-depth market research to assess consumer demand, segment behaviours, and identify emerging opportunities for new or enhanced offerings.
·Driving business growth by shaping and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, policies, and promotional programs tailored to the organisation's mission.
·Commissioning and analysing market research to evaluate competitive landscapes and define positioning for both new and existing offerings.
·Providing expert input on core marketing functions, including product strategy, pricing models, advertising placements, promotional tactics, and channel distribution.
·Creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging digital content across websites, email campaigns, and social media platforms to build brand presence and community engagement.
·Using data analytics and statistical models to forecast pricing outcomes and campaign ROI, supporting data-driven decision-making.
·Monitoring the performance of marketing initiatives and digital campaigns, compiling actionable insights and preparing regular performance reports.
·Evaluating and optimising content for SEO, accessibility, and user experience to enhance online visibility and search engine performance.
·Continuously refining marketing content and channel strategies based on insights from platform analytics and audience feedback.
Skill & Experience requirement
·Proven ability to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns across various channels.
·Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling content tailored to diverse audiences.
·Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and website analytics.
·Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
·A genuine passion for promoting services that enhance the lives of individuals with disabilities.
·Eligibility to Work in Australia
Summary of role requirements:
·Working hours: Monday to Friday (8am-5pm)
·1-2 years of relevant work experience required for this role
·Expected salary: $73,150 per year
