About the Role:
This role involves maintaining accurate customer and supplier master data, processing invoices, performing reconciliations, and supporting various finance-related tasks. Additionally, you will contribute to work order administration, manage the petty cash and general finance-related administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
General Accounts Administration tasks including:
- Monthly supplier statement reconciliations
- Maintaining customer and supplier master data
- Bank account and statement reconciliations
- Support the Accounts Payable function with invoice processing, when required
- Support the Payroll function with timesheet and payrun processing, when required
- Assist with expense claim submissions
- Process sales invoice requests
- Administer and maintain petty cash
- Work Order Administration
Skills and Experience Required:
Essential:
- Experience in administrative support ideally within a finance or commercial business department
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to investigate discrepancies
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Good communication skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders
Desirable:
- Certificate or Diploma in Administration, Accounting, or a related field
- Experience in an Accounts position
- Familiarity with ERP systems and Master Data management
