  • Proven industry experience on +$30m Commercial and Residential projects
  • The ability to report accurately and directly to the PM on the operational and financial success of the projects
  • Proven experience managing sub contractors with programming, supervision and contract administration
  • Strong negotiating skills to implement contracts with sub contractors and suppliers to satisfy budgets, quality, safety and time requirements
  • Huge pipeline of major projects across Sydney on offer!
  • Work with Sydney’s prominent Construction companies
  • Deliver for projects in the Residential, Commercial, Health, Education sectors
  • Position Overview:
