UpStart Services hires NDIS participants and persons with disabilities with the aim of building their confidence, independence, and sense of purpose, while developing their skills to look after their own home.

We require additional neurotypical supervisors who can carry out jobs with our rapidly growing NDIS workforce. Our workforce is hard working and follow instruction to a tee, however do require guidance and patience along the way. We have great on-going support from our clients who understand this dynamic, which is often the reason we are chosen to assist them with their home and yard work. You can choose your hours, days and locations, and depending on experience and equipment, the appropriate remuneration can be discussed as well as incentives offered for additional administrative tasks.
