The Beach Willow Nursery is looking for a passionate Landscaper / Gardener / Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in gardening, landscaping and site maintenance. On any given day you could be responsible for site establishment, planting and maintaining gardens or outdoor spaces to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Works

• Mowing, trimming, pruning and planting

• Installing and maintaining irrigation systems

• Laying patios, paths, decking and turf

• Using and maintaining gardening tools and machinery

• Ensuring gardens and landscapes are kept clean and well-maintained

• Working with clients to understand their needs and preferences

Requirements:

• Ability to use landscaping tools and machinery safely

• Strong physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

• Attention to detail and a creative approach to landscaping

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• A valid driver’s license (essential)
