The Role:

We are seeking a passionate Landscape Maintenance Team Member to join our growing team. This hands-on role involves maintaining our clients’ stunning gardens throughout the Perth metro area.

This position starts as a casual role with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position for individuals who demonstrate dedication and performance. You will receive training and mentorship directly from the company’s founder to refine your skills and grow within the role.

Key Responsibilities:

As part of our team, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining exceptional gardens while enjoying the great outdoors. Your duties may include:

• General grounds maintenance

• Mowing, pruning, planting, and feeding plants

• Fertilizing and soil care

• Using tools such as chainsaws, hand tools, and push mowers

• Collaborating with team members to achieve high-quality results

What We’re Looking For:

We value enthusiasm, dedication, and a love for working outdoors. The ideal candidate will have:

• Prior experience in landscaping or garden maintenance (preferred but not essential)

• A full, unrestricted manual driver’s license

• A clean police record (essential)

• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently

• Excellent customer service skills

• A keen eye for detail and a passion for horticulture

• Physical fitness for manual labor, including heavy lifting
