Full time position

Work hours will be 8:30 am- 5 pm Monday to Friday

Note: Immediate start

The Dispatch Officer will work alongside staff on site. The primary functions of the role are to:

Utilise our custom app for driver jobs allocations.

Ensure shipments are airline / IATA compliant.

Assisting drivers with repacking of shipments to make airline cutoff times.

Stock control.

Other warehouse / administrative duties as required.

Accurate data entry

To be successful with your application, you Must be highly competent with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook).

Additional requirements:

Essential to have extensive knowledge of Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast (In particular Hospitals, Universities and Airport locations) for driver job allocations.

Excellent focus/attention to detail

Excellent communication skills

Ability to read and understand compliance requirements.

Diligence completing assigned tasks.

Be able to work autonomously.

Car License

Experience is preferred however Training can be provided for the right candidate.
