What You’ll Learn:
We’ll train you to become a 360° recruiter – a true business development and relationship manager.
You’ll learn to:

• Build your desk from scratch – through cold calling and networking
• Manage and grow client relationships – including on-site visits
• Recruit and care for your workforce – your contractors are key to your success
• Understand your P&L – run your desk like your own business
• Screen, interview, and coordinate placements – with support from our back office
• Own your CRM – the better your data, the better your results

You:

• Hands-on experience in a trade, construction, or blue-collar industry
• Big personality and even bigger communication skills
• Drive to succeed in a fast-paced, sales-focused role
• Confidence to cold call and build relationships from the ground up
• Ability to hit KPIs, deliver under pressure, and stay organised
• Passion for people, solutions, and results
