Front Office & Guest Services Attendant

Beechmont Estate is a luxury 5-Star retreat just outside the small township of Beechmont, near Binna Burra in the Scenic Rim. Just 90 minutes from Brisbane and 45 minutes from the Gold Coast, the 75-acre property neighbours the World Heritage-listed Lamington National Park.

We are looking for a professional Front Office/Guest Services Attendant with a friendly attitude and the ability to multitask to serve as our company’s front desk receptionist. In this position, you will greet guests entering the Estate and help with check-in, check-out and guest services during their stay. In addition, you’ll be responsible for answering and managing the Front Desk Phone & Email inbox.

Job Responsibilities:

Be the first point of contact for Guests visiting the Estate, answering guest enquiries, delivering exceptional check-in & check-out experiences.

Answer a multiple-line phone system, manage emails and reservations inbox and taking messages.

Assist the management team with administrative duties, procurement & record-keeping.

Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and free of clutter.

Assist and co-ordinate with our Events manager to help deliver events from inception through to delivery.
Handle filing and data entry as requested.

Job Skills & Qualifications

Required:

At least two years of training or experience in customer service and office work, ideally in a hotel Front Desk environment.

Computer proficiency, experience with RMS Reservations Software, Seven-Rooms or Lightspeed is highly regarded.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
