Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor.

Administer check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.

Provide front desk services, including room assignments and general assistance.

Handle administrative tasks such as delivering mail and messages.

Process guest payments and maintain accurate records.

Coordinate with staff and management to address guest needs and concerns.

Serve as a knowledgeable resource for guests regarding transportation, dining options, and local attractions.

Accommodate both general and unique guest requests with enthusiasm.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.

Certificate or diploma in hospitality is advantageous.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Experience in conflict resolution and handling challenging situations.

Ability to work shift work to a set roster ( earliest start 8:30am , latest finish 8:30pm ( Mon - Sat ) and 6pm on Sunday )

Patience and good listening skills.

No working restrictions and immediate start.
