What We’re Looking For:

A relevant degree

PBS practitioner ID with a Proficient or Advanced designation.

Certification or training in PBS, ABA, or Behaviour Support Planning.

Proven experience in implementing Positive Behaviour Support plans and strategies.

Solid understanding of the NDIS framework, guidelines, and policies.

Familiarity with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.

Strong knowledge of NDIS behaviour support standards and compliance expectations.

Willingness to travel between client sites as required.

A current driver’s licence, access to your own car, and a safe driving record.

Desirable:

Advanced training in Functional Analysis, Restrictive Practices, or other advanced behaviour support techniques.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, clients, families, NDIS representatives, and service providers.
