What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of Behaviour Support Practitioners and Psychologists
- Provide clinical supervision and oversee best-practice service delivery
- Manage caseloads and KPIs (if in a clinical role) or focus on operational leadership
- Conduct case reviews and ensure compliance with NDIS guidelines
- Develop and implement training, induction, and capability-building initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including referrers, support coordinators, and health organisations
What You’ll Need
- General Registration as a Psychologist (AHPRA) or registration as a Behaviour Support Practitioner
- Leadership experience – previous experience mentoring or managing teams
- NDIS knowledge – experience working within the Positive Behaviour Support framework
- Strong communication and collaboration skills – ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
- Clearances and licenses – NDIS Worker Screening, Working with Children Check, Driver’s License
