ABC is seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner for a Team Lead position to join our growing Coffs Harbour teams. You will become an employee, not a contractor and we offer a sector leading remuneration, flexible work arrangements, and a small team of local practitioners.
At ABC you will work alongside a dedicated team of disability professionals and have the support of fellow Behaviour Support Practitioners, Senior Mangers (Behaviour Support), Lead Practitioners, Clinical Leads and the Director of Behaviour Support. In addition, all administrative processes will be provided by the experienced Operational team. You could be the next Lead Practitioner to complement the Behaviour Support Leadership team.

Sector-Leading Remuneration: Base salary of $114,000 with achievable bonuses that can total a salary of $154,000.

Generous Benefits:
6-hour per day KPI for weekly bonus and higher pay

Internal and external supervision
Clinical case formulation, data graphing, BSP quality feedback and endorsement
Essential Criteria
A relevant tertiary qualification- allied health, education, psychology, social work or similar.
A valid Driver’s License.
Maintain behaviour support practitioner registration with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission as a Proficient practitioner.
WWCC and NDISWC clearance requirements.

Can you demonstrate knowledge of behaviour support strategies and how to overcome barriers for implementation?
Do you have knowledge of NDIS RRP processes, NDIS systems, and the disability sector?
You will need intermediate computer skills, including the use of Microsoft office products.
