Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Model professional, considerate, and supportive management behaviour
• High Volume Dispensing: Manage a busy pharmacy with a high dispensary volume
• Customer Focus: Ensure customer service is a priority for all team members
• Team Management: Lead a team including Pharmacists, Dispensary Technician, and pharmacy assistants
• Coaching and Mentoring: Develop, coach, and mentor the team to achieve excellence
• Detail-Oriented Dispensing: Maintain high levels of attention to detail in the dispensary
• Multi-Skilling and Delegation: Ensure smooth running of the business by multi-skilling and delegating tasks
• Health Advice: Share advice and information with the team and customers to ensure the best health care is always front of mind

Requirements:

• Registered AHPRA Pharmacist authorised to work in Australia
• Previous leadership experience
• Experience with handling 300+ scripts per day
• Professional patient counselling skills
• Passion for networking and community involvement
• Driven by customer service
