We’re a brand with a bold, fresh and modern identity, and we need a talented Graphic Designer to help bring our vision to life! Think of us like a fashion/beauty brand, more so than traditional beverages - Aesthetics are essential to us. We believe that strong visuals create meaningful connections and enhance our brand’s impact.

With a high volume of creative needs, we’re looking for someone to craft visually compelling assets across multiple channels while ensuring brand consistency and technical precision.

About the Role

As our In-House Graphic Designer, you’ll be responsible for creating high-quality visual assets that align with our modern aesthetic. From product packaging to social media content, in-store signage that turns heads, media that pops off the screen, and activations that bring our brand to life, you’ll play a key role in shaping our brand’s presence across digital and physical spaces. You’ll also work closely with external suppliers + internal stakeholders, to ensure all print materials are technically sound and delivered at the highest quality.

We can are wanting someone who can dedicate approx 12-16x hours spread across 2-3x days per week. Base hours/days will be agreed upfront and fixed, to provide constancy/ease of communication with our wider team.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Branding: Develop creative assets that align with our brand across multiple touchpoints, including:

• Product packaging & design
• Social media content & digital assets
• Shopify & e-commerce visuals
• In-store signage & point-of-sale displays
• Event activations & promotional materials
• Car wraps & branded merchandise

Print-Ready Files: Ensure technically precise, print-ready files for packaging and other physical assets.

Supplier Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers to deliver high-quality packaging and printed materials.

Trend Awareness: Stay ahead of trends in fashion, beauty, health & wellness to keep our brand dynamic and engaging.

Brand Evolution: Bring fresh, sleek, and modern design ideas to elevate our brand across all channels.

About You

• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally within fashion, beauty, or health & wellness industries.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and experience with Shopify/e-commerce platforms. Video editing experience is also highly valuable.
• Print Production Knowledge: Confident in preparing print-ready files and working with suppliers to ensure high-quality results.
• Creativity: Passion for design, branding, and creating eye-catching visuals.
• Trendsetter: Strong awareness of current design, fashion, and social media trends.
• Autonomous & Flexible: Able to work independently while collaborating with the broader team.
