Graphic Designer (Digital & Print) – Permanent Part-Time Role

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our small and collaborative team. In this role, you will work closely with the General Manager and sales team to create visually compelling designs for both digital and print. Your work will support our company’s marketing efforts while incorporating the unique branding of the products we distribute.

This is a permanent part-time position (24 hours per week), with flexible scheduling available across 3 – 5 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

Website & Social Media Management: Maintain and update company websites and social media platforms with engaging, brand-aligned content.

Digital & Print Design: Create EDMs, advertisements, brochures, catalogues, and other marketing materials.

Photography & Video: Capture high-quality product images and create short product videos.

Product Packaging: Assist with designing product packaging as required.

Sales & Marketing Support: Develop visually appealing materials to support sales, both online and offline.

Content Creation: Grow the online presence of the company and the brands we manage by creating relevant and engaging content, including blog posts, social media posts, and advertisements.

File Preparation: Ensure all print and digital materials are formatted correctly and proofread for accuracy.

Collaboration: Work with internal teams and external suppliers to bring projects to life.

Skills & Experience:

Strong eye for visually appealing and brand-consistent designs.

Experience with photography and basic video editing.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Affinity a must, experience using Wordpress, WooCommerce and Mailchimp ideal but not essential.

Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills.

The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team and external stakeholders.

A proactive, problem-solving approach with a willingness to suggest new ideas.

Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.

A passion for music or experience in the music industry (preferred but not required).
