Join our client, an established law firm and award-winner with a strong presence in Western Australia, as they expand their Family Law team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced (3+ PAE) Family Lawyer to provide excellent legal support to clients.

In this role, you’ll handle a broad range of family law matters, including:

• Divorce and separation
• Child custody and parenting arrangements
• Property settlements and financial disputes
• Mediation and dispute resolution

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• An Australian practising certificate and a minimum of 3+ years’ experience in family law (private practice)
• A deep understanding of the Family Law and related legislation
• Strong communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills
• A high level of empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail
• Ability to achieve billable hour targets (5-7)
• The ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines effectively
• A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional client service
