Finwise specialises in providing Asset Finance solutions for clients who are looking to purchase vehicles, boats, motorbikes, caravans, commercial equipment, and more. Our team of experienced brokers and sales consultants prides themselves on their high level of customer service while supporting clients Australia-wide.

We are expanding our Perth broker team and looking for a full-time trainee or junior broker to join us. No finance experience is required, as full training and mentoring will be provided. Ideally, you will have a sales, customer service, or account management background, with excellent rapport-building skills, enthusiasm, and self-motivation.

We are looking for someone with

Effective communication skills

An energetic and vibrant attitude

A desire to learn new skills and have a growth mindset

High attention to detail

Strong computer literacy

The ability to build rapport naturally with clients

Sales or financial services experience is desirable but not required

Key Responsibilities

Contact incoming leads and build rapport with our clients

Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships

Manage your own sales pipeline utilising our market-leading CRM system

Work with our large panel of lenders to find suitable products for our clients

Obtain the required loan documents and client information

Workshop, prepare and submit loan applications to lenders

Strive to achieve individual sales targets that contribute to the overall team result
