About the Role

As Assistant Manager, you'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with the Venue Manager to lead the team, keep operations tight, and maintain high service standards. You'll run shifts, manage staff, support with compliance, ordering, and customer service, and help foster a team-first culture where everyone pulls their weight and has a laugh along the way.

Your Skills and Experience

• Experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager in a busy pub or club
• RSA + RMLV / Approved Managers Cert (or willing to obtain)
• Strong shift management and staff leadership skills
• Positive, proactive, and great under pressure
• Confident with service, stock, and venue operations
