What you do?
The Programmer's duties will include but not limited to

• Program and commission ABB robots for manufacturing process
• Develop and maintain Beckhoff hardware systems using EtherCAT/XML overEthernet protocols for seamless remote access.
• Program in C++ within a modern development environment.
• Design and maintain PLC systems and integrate with HMI for intuitive operator control.
• Program and maintain equipment
• Prepare detailed operation manuals and documentation for ongoing use and training.
• Lead or support on-site commissioning of automation equipment.
• Collaborate with production and design teams to streamline processes and introduce innovative automation solutions.
• Support and troubleshoot production systems to ensure continuous operation.

Must haves?
The successful candidate will possess

• Degree in Engineering (mechatronics and programming)
• 3+ years experience coding and integrating automated systems.
• Proven experience with ABB robot programming.
• Familiarity with Ethernet/XML communication protocols and remote system management.

Nice to haves?

• Background in automated metal fabrication or robotic welding
• Strong knowledge of Beckhoff PLCs and automation hardware.
• Experience with PLC and HMI programming (ideally TwinCAT or similar environments).
