About the Role

Step into a dynamic and supportive team environment as the Payroll Officer due to growth within the team, where you'll report directly to the Payroll Manager and play a key role in keeping payroll operations running smoothly.

This is more than just numbers—it's about ensuring every employee is paid accurately and on time, every time. You'll be hands-on with a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Supporting payroll processing for up to 3000 employees on a fortnightly basis
• Onboarding new employees and updating existing profiles
• Entering timesheets and leave requests
• Managing the payroll inbox and action queries in a timely manner
• Ensuring payroll procedures are updated & maintained.
• Wider support to the finance team as required.

About You

The ideal applicant will have at least 2 years + experience in a similar, high volume environment. You will have an eye for detail, have excellent time management skills and be adaptable. Strong communication skills, a team approach and a positive can-do attitude are a non-negotiable for this role!

You must already reside in Western Australia and have the ability to work 38 hours per week.
