The Role:

• Using your payroll experience to analyse data trends and generate reports
• Participating in automation initiatives to optimise payroll operations
• Reviewing and streamlining processes to improve efficiency
• Running reports, analysing data, and providing actionable insights.
• Assist with Payroll Processing for the wider team

Key Requirements:

• Payroll experience is essential with a strong analytical mindset
• Very strong on Excel including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
• Accounting background would be highly regarded
• Interest in working on automation projects and enhancing processes
• Great communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• This role would be 5 days in the office
• Full Working Rights this is a long term permanent role
