About the role

Vicki Squires Realty is seeking a motivated and experienced Property Manager to join our team in Hervey Bay, Queensland. This casual role will involve overseeing the leasing and management of residential properties in the local area. As a Property Manager, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our clients' properties are well-maintained and their tenants are satisfied.

What you'll be doing

Advertising and marketing vacant properties to attract quality tenants

Conducting property inspections and assessments

Reviewing and negotiating lease agreements

Receipting rent and managing rent arrears

Coordinating maintenance and repair work

Handling tenant inquiries and complaints

Preparing detailed reports for property owners

Ensuring compliance with relevant real estate legislation and regulations

What we're looking for

Must have previous experience as a Property Manager

Strong customer service and communication skills

Excellent organisational and time management abilities

Detailed knowledge of residential tenancy laws and regulations

Proficiency in using property management software

Ability to work independently and autonomously from your home

A valid real estate licence
