About the Role

In this critical position, you will play a key role in maintaining the stability, performance, and evolution of the client's NonStop production environment. You'll be part of a collaborative team focused on continuous improvement, cost optimisation, and delivering high-quality platform support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide production support for the NonStop environment, ensuring high availability and stability.
• Manage and deliver enhancements and work requests to upgrade and improve the current platform.
• Lead and contribute to internal initiatives including technology lifecycle management.
• Engage with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements and deliver effective platform solutions.
• Drive cost optimisation efforts, including chargeback reporting and efficiency initiatives.

About You

• Strong hands-on experience with the HP NonStop platform.
• Proven track record in supporting enterprise-level production systems.
• Ability to manage and deliver technical enhancements with minimal supervision.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to communicate complex technical topics to non-technical users.
• Experience in cost tracking and optimisation within IT environments is a plus.
