What you'll need

• Registered Nurse (AHPRA registered) with 3+ years of experience
• Proven experience in clinical leadership.
  Strong knowledge of aged care standards, compliance, and best practices.
  Excellent people management and leadership skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional, respectful, and supportive relationships with residents, their families and staff.
  Passionate about person-centred care and service excellence.
