ABOUT THE ROLE
The Manager Workforce Analytics and Reporting has the responsibility to lead the development and delivery of detailed workforce analytics and workforce business intelligence initiatives to provide strategic advice to inform business decisions which support our workforce to deliver excellence in care.
The position holder further advises and adheres to best practice standards and techniques in relations to workforce data to maximise positive business outcomes and meet data governance standards.

ABOUT YOU
- The NSW Ambulance vision of “Excellence in Care” resonates with you and aligns well to your personal values.
- You are a strong communicator who knows how to develop trusted and influential relationships with key stakeholders. You are able to demonstrate highly proficient use of StaffLink Oracle or a similar complex HRIS system along with analytical skills in the development and interpretation of corporate reporting using Excel, Qlik, Power BI or other data analytic tools.
- You excel in a data centric role within a fast-paced environment and have a strong track record of delivering accurate and timely reports related to workforce analytics and reporting. Your attention to detail and subject matter expertise when it comes workforce reporting and HR systems governance is highly regarded.

The average number of ambulance responses increased by 3.3 per cent over the past year. Factors contributing to increased activity include population growth, an ageing population and the associated increase in rates of illness.
In 2013/14 we provided 1,234,843 total responses (both emergency and non-emergency) compared to 1,219,262 total responses in 2012/13. There were on average 3383 responses per day - this is equivalent to a response every 26 seconds.
