About Us
At the Rural City of Wangaratta, we’re more than just a local government—we’re a vibrant, forward-thinking organisation committed to innovation, community, and continuous improvement. Nestled in Victoria’s stunning high country, our region offers a rare blend of natural beauty, outdoor adventure, and a welcoming, tight-knit community. With access to snowfields, national parks, and strong transport links, Wangaratta is a place where lifestyle and career ambitions align.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a skilled and proactive Digital Support Analyst to play a key role in the enhancement and evolution of our core ICT and corporate systems. If you’re passionate about business process improvement, digital tools, and driving user-focused outcomes, this could be your next big move.
You’ll work closely with internal teams and the Change Management Specialist to support, improve, and optimise critical systems—particularly TechnologyOne and other priority platforms. From automating processes to embedding smart solutions, your work will directly shape how our teams operate and deliver services to the community.
What You’ll Be Doing
Partnering with business units to identify system enhancement opportunities
Supporting implementation of process improvements and digital automation
Driving post-implementation support and optimisation of TechnologyOne modules
Collaborating on change management activities to embed improvements
Contributing to a better digital experience for both staff and the community
About You
You're a natural problem-solver with strong analytical skills and a collaborative approach. You thrive in dynamic environments and are comfortable working across teams to deliver real outcomes. Experience with TechnologyOne or similar enterprise platforms is a bonus, but what matters most is your ability to turn ideas into practical digital solutions.
